I think he had an F-312. I saw them in 1966, but didn't know enough about models then, so at the time also thought it might have been a 212. It was cool 'cuz that's what I had at the time. Oh, wait, still do.

Sign of my low brow tastes maybe but I rather like the Bangles cover. Not taking away anything from the great S&G original.
