Kind of Artist Award-ish.

That's pretty nice, GG. I particularly like what I can see of the fret markers.

Do you know what maker this is?

I would have guessed it is a Furch. Well, obviously not... Furch is different:

Not a Flammang either...
So again, without any info on the source of the picture this is impossible to tell...I probably have seen that "F" before, just can't remember.

Yes, very nice work indeed. That headstock does seem a bit Guild-inspired, as do the fret markers on the archtop. I wonder if there's some connection between this luthier and Guild.

"some connection between this luthier and Guild."

Besides existing on the same planet and probably having admired fine Guild AA guitars, the design on the Guild headstock quite "inspired" by a Gothic archway design predating AD by centuries, the round headed trefoil.

In my mind it's quite likely two luthiers separated by an ocean could use that same design although in this case, it seems to pay homage to Guild's output of some of the finest acoustic Jazz guitars of all time.

Meh.
Too fancy-schmancy for me.
I'm a fan of plain.
My favorite headstock is the Martin-type flat across the top, although I can live with the simple, unadorned Gibson open book
type on my j-45.
To each his own.
