You mean one of these from ~2003? If so I'd say be patient and watch Reverb Ebay religiously.

Exactly what GAD said. Remember there were all mahogany D25's in these super colors. Six in all including the brown burst which isn't shown. A very popular model but Corona only made acoustics for approximately two years and so green is gonna be tricky to find. Many of us have seen them pop up from time to time but you gotta remember a lot of us are here daily for YEARS. If anyone sees one (like the Honey Blonde you asked about, that one not to your liking? Or was it overshadowed by the Seafoam Green that Ralf posted?) they'll likely post it here as an ad found somewhere. But patience is the key.

Also, there were colored D25's made in Westerly, RI factory as well and I remember I'm pretty sure they did the Honey Blonde color but I can't remember what others they did. Maybe someone remembers and can post those. Did they make a Seafoam Green at Westerly? I think Darryl has, or maybe HAD a blonde one from Westerly.

Yeah, as you know, I had picked up a Limited Edition Woodgrain Blue JF30-12 out of Westerly. it was very nice, but no ebony fretboard, and it just couldn't compete with my burst JF30-12 out of Corona (with the ebony fretboard). Super nice jumbo 12er, but I had to let her go....

I had a blue JF30 12 too, a little darker than yours perhaps -- more of a cobalt. Love the color!

Still have my natural (my very first Guild) and a Walnut stained one, both really nice guitars.

Not for me. When I bought my G37 new in '81 they had blue ones like above in stock and after playing it I told the sales guy if you had this in a natural blonde I might buy it. He called my bluff and got me one.

Cougar, I love that guitar!! It's kinda/sorta the one that got away because Don wanted a 12-string. So he bought the Martin like the one you sold recently. When you sold the blue one I thought maybe if I got it, not only would he be blown away by the difference, but it would be blue and then we'd get rid of the Martin. Actually, the story is even worse than that because he picked up a MIM Martin dread at GC and played it and loved it and it was only 6-7 hundred. But I had to rant and carry on about "if you're gonna get one get a Made in America one because it'll hold it's value better! So he purchased the Martin Performing Artist one for double that price. And now that he's not really playing it and wants to sell..... well, you know what those are going for these days!! I shoulda just kept my mouth shut. Story of my life...... But I do love that blue one. Woulda been better with ebony tho.

I know a shop in South-Germany that still has both the Seafoam Green and the Honey Blonde one as NOS, never sold! All original with original hangtags and so on. I played both in that store a few years ago and wasn't impressed with the sound, maybe the strings were dead and I thought there is too much lacquer on them to make the wood dead. I really liked the look of the Seafoam one I have to say!

Here's the link, they are still asking outrageous prices...Not sure if they negotiate, I didn't bother to ask after I played them. I really liked the look of the Seafoam one I have to say but also the Honey Blonde looked nice.

"New old stock" is a quite euphemistic term for a shelf warmer...
