Gigged out tonight at Ninfa's. About 1 1/2 hours into the set, a party of six walks (staggers) in. One was a singalong Neil Young fan; tipped $20. Looking back, I shoulda bought him another beer...
You're on, my friend, no doubt about it!Scratch said:Let's all go to Ninfa's next time you and Cindy make it to the Tejas Hills, Joe...
Gosh, Ken, that would be an honor. As time gets nearer, just let me know the details. No need to split the tips jar. I'll be there as your back-up. You're the headliner.Scratch said:Heading back in a couple of weeks, Toni. Will you play some tunes? Folks would like to hear some good music and heck; based on the diners, ya never know about that tip jar!...

P.S. By the way, your granddaughter is a cutie!
Heck, let's just do the outdoor garden room practice session.....more of a jam session vs a performance. I'm sure between us we have at least a zazillion songs we both know. If not, I follow a long pretty good. This way, you, Pam, & I could just relax and have a fun time. Whattya think?Scratch said:ladytexan said:Scratch said:]I kinda like Frono's comment about a duet :!: What tunes do you play, Toni? We could practice any evening there in the outdoor garden room, although that would be quite a haul for you...
