If you know anything about animal training...kitten wearing outfit to allow doggie to carry it...Doggie looked to owner for approval after completing task...it's a cute staged/trained trick.

I noticed kitty's feet weren't wet, but doggie did whack kitty into potty before dropping kitty in.

I'm sticking with my first reaction, poor kitty!
