I saw Procol Harum twice--in 1967 at the Whiskey-A-Go Go, and in the early 2000s in San Diego downtown. Gary's voice was still strong, Fisher was playing organ with them (before the lawsuit)--a great show. The scary thing was that Vicki and I appeared to be the youngest people there--many in the audience were had canes or wheelchairs! The two songs we always play during the holidays: A Christmas Camel and Still There'll Be More.
Definitely one of my top five favorite vocalists.

Procol Harum's Shine on Brightly album has never left my list of favorite albums since I first heard it. Brooker had such a presence on that album.
