Floating Aristocrat bridge?

From "outside" they look the same . However I once saw a pinned bridge aristocrat with the bridge taken off and the pins are not rising from the top of the guitar. There are just two little holes in the top. The cups themselves have pins on them instead ( or maybe the "heightscrews" from the bridge.

There's the answer, then. So floating cups might no longer exist in the parts world, for those looking to restore a vintage instrument. I guess you might could dremel off whatever's coming out of the bottom of the cups.
