I think The FFF Bros. are hilarious, but they might be in the category of ‘you had to be there’. I don’t know how well they travel in the modern world.

Loved to read those and Crumb back in the 70s so thanks for the flashback. That also reminds me that there is an animated show with them on the free streaming channel. Meant to sign up and watch it but never got around.

Fat Freddy's Cat and the roaches were my favorite.

There's one where Fat Freddy is in the shower, and the cat is peeing in his beer. Fat Freddie's Cat is thinking "Hey, you pee in my drink, I'll pee in yours."

Ha, yea, they are classic. I liked the one where I think it was a flashback to their early ancestors, they’re smoking up in a cave, and one says what do you call this? and I think it was Freddy sneezes with a big Ha-sheesh! Thus the term hash was born, lol

Ever see the documentary on R Crumb? Talk about a odd dude!! 🤪
Yup. Great flick. Love that guy. He and his wife Arlene do comic strips together now. As demented, tasteless, and funny as ever.

Before some Swiss jerk in Berkeley stole it around '71, I had a fat stack of Zap Comix and kindred underground fare. Crumb, S. Clay Wilson, Greg Irons, Furry Freak Brothers, many more.

The pride and joy of my collection was The Last Supplement to the Whole Earth Catalog. Bob did the cover:

Once you’ve seen the one w/ the Bigfoot woman …it can’t be unseen! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
And that comes from not having seen it in probably 30+ years!

Oh, yaz! If memory serves me well, she was called Yeti. Of course.

And how about S. Clay Wilson?: The Checkered Demon. Captain Pissgums. Captain Fatima. Heavenly!
