F130 RCE case niggle

Just purchased this guitar and LOVE it. Build quality, sound, feel,etc. BUT the case it came in seems HUGE and there gaps all around the body and top of head stock. Does anyone know if the instrument should fit the case or are they one size fits all?

Sorry can't help with that one, but someone else probably can.
Seeing as you're showing it as a 2013, I assume you bought it new and it is the Guild case, right?
The original cases for those guitars were brown tweed and I don't recall ever hearing a complaint like that.
They very well might have changed over to a "one size fits all" case when they updated the whole Made in China line about a year ago.

Yes I bought it brand, spanking new. The case I have is plain black!

Perhaps an email or PM to either Carl at Union Music or Bing will get you an answer. My feel is that you did
not get an original Guild case, but they may have changed what is being supplied...

My GAD30PCE (which your model replaced) has an olive-colored tweed case that fits quite well. Your F130 is a nice guitar.

He means Bing K, a member here, who owns Guitars of Montana, I'm not recognizing Carl right off, Bill, do you mean CJD Player?
I would expect the case to at least have a Guild logo on it. If yours has one I'd guess that's probably the new real thing, if not, then it's still possible there was some kind of mixup at your seller.
Just trying to be polite and not throw around any wild accusations, people can make mistakes sometimes.
