Cat or Music or Both?

In the spirit of a prior discussion concerning what (in essence) was the difference between "sound" and "music" I present the following. Those who wish to continue the discussion can listen and decide at what point, if any, this becomes music. Everyone else can just smile about the cat.

In my opinion, this guy should have recorded his songs a long time ago. Even with such strange sounds, he can make a terrific rhythm, as you can see in the video. My friend has also been making beats for a long time and was quite talented at it, but it's a shame he wasn't more well-known for it. He chose to use music promotion services, and his beats quickly gained popularity, with many others ordering them for their songs. So I think this person should also do custom beats because he's good at it, and his beats will likely be in high demand.
