Meanwhile help - You coud stick a thin steel rod throught the ball-ends of other strings and have that E-string supported on that.
The inner diameter of the ball ends should be 0.126" = 2,00 mm. A 2mm steel rod might not be strong enough holding the tension of the high e string since it is not supported on the end. Not sure, but at least something to try! It might bend over time and you lose tune.

Try creating a loop at the end of the string by feeding the string through the ball, or use a second ball slid onto the string to create the loop. Then cinch the loop down tight over the adjacent tine, and exit the string at approximately a 90 degree angle through it’s correct tailpiece position. You’ll probably need to file & smooth out the tailpiece a bit where the string makes that severe turn. I haven’t tried this myself, but I’m visualizing how some mandolin tailpieces turn strings at a 90 degree angle. Hope you can get it to work out!

Have you tried buying a replacement from Guild? Worth a shot to send Cordoba an email asking for a new harp tail.
