Ok, I admit it, I actually like rap- maybe only 1 or 2% , but I do acknowledge a small bit of it a actual music. And yes, most of the modern rap is trash. Big rims, putting a "grille" on your teeth, and showing the world your underwear should not be a fashion statement. And bragging about raping, gangbanging, killing people, other gang stuff, etc. should not be the main focus of music. It just makes them seem trashy and above all fake- Ok, If you really go around killing and raping people, like some of these rappers brag aboutin their songs, why are you still out here, instead of being in solitary.
and yes, bert and ernie rapping is funny.

I buy my amp tubes from Eurotubes. On his web site he has samples of what he calls "good music to demonstrate different types of tubes". Under the category of rap his comment is "There is no good rap." :lol:

The best rap was mid-80's to early '90's (esp. PE, BDP, Tribe Called Quest). After that...not so much. The Fugees and Outkast stand out the most.
