So playing the F30R for like 6 months totally healed my right shoulder issues. Thanks Walrus and Bonneville for that. I should probably tell an ortho surgeon so they can suggest the same mode of treatment...

I am back to playing the Br (1971 D25 flatback) that I have owned since 2013. It's got a big, sweet, dark, "woody", vintage sound. And it's a dread, my fave acoustic body type/shape.

Not to re-mention that D'A mediums are working finally for me, so I can move on from lights....

yeah, Jeff, the F30R is a great little box. 4 inch body depth too, which i will admit, is not for everyone. it does limit the sound one can get out of it. but the neck/body joint is super solid so i think she can take mediums, but i would worry a tad about the bridge. will see. but super comfy and when my shoulder goes out again, or when i am much older, i have a guitar i can play...
