Probably made by Audio Guild in the Los Angeles area. They appear under several different names like the other Magnatones did. The company was started by Jon Bonahm who did design work for Magnatone. The amps usually run 7591 power tubes and have real Magnatone style pitch shifting vibrato.

They show up on ebay and craigslist quite frequently. I haven't been keeping track because I have more amps than I really need.

You are not going to make a killing on that amp, like you would if you inherited a 57 Fender Deluxe. In immaculate condition, you might get 5-600 for it. Then again, with the way market conditions are, you might not get any bids at all.

Sorry, for not being much help.

ok thanks for the help im looking to sell it thats why i asked.

Just make sure the you understand that the company that made the amp is not the company that made guitars on the East Coast even though both company names have "Guild" in them. Good luck.

I owned an identical amp a while back but it was pretty beat up. I purchased the amp because it used 7591a power tubes which when driven hard break up with a nice bite. My amp sounded quite flat. I changed speaker but still couldn't get the tone I was hoping for.
