Here comes another one-hope this one is a keeper
First I would check out GADS writeup on the S200 if you haven't already.Since both my switch housings use flatheads, I did a search on the 1968 and it appears they are correct. The same holds true for the switches. GADS writeup was on an earlier tbird, that one used all phillips. As far as what the housings are made of-I don't remember- Good luck with your project and put up some pics.I would contact Hans Moust since he is the Guild Guru. Hans has answered every question I ever laid on him.Man, this is sure Purdy. Is this one yours? I hardly ever play electric but did pick up a project T-Bird that needs a ton of work. I have some questions maybe you or another member can help me with. On mine, all the screws (i.e. pg etc.) are flat head screws which I question if that's right. Looks like yours are Phillips head, correct. Where your 3 switches are it looks like 2 are red and 1 black. Do you know if that's stock? Lastly can you tell me what the surrounding material is where the 3 switches are and also the one black switch below it? Is it like a chrome or something else.
Sorry for the ignorant questions but I truly don't know much about these.
All those square switches in rows always makes me think some garage monkey got a hold of a guitar and starting "fixing it up".
