'64 Starfire III with 'Bigsby' Bigsby rather than Guild Bigsby

Hello! A nice '64 Starfire III came up locally, seems it has a Bigsby branded Bigsby rather than a Guild branded Bigsby (say that three times). Any ideas? Could it be stock?
