2015 M75 Aristocrat question

I saw this on Reverb. It is a 2015 Korean model. It is marked Used....could this be one of the clearance models? The seller claims that there is no indication of a issue that would make it a second.

No "clearance model" as there was no "clearance" of Newark St. guitars. The rumor was that the black finished "limited" run M-75 all had some flaws in the finish and were resprayed black, but that happened at SPG in Korea already. This one seems to be one where the QC in Oxnard found something and marked it down to avoid warranty claims later on or they sent her to MIRC, there might be some indication on the label under the neck pickup (like a MIRC serial number).
