looking at pyramid gold # 309/12 12 flatwound strings in 10 42,s. for one of my guild 12 strings. anyone try these ?? i know most are denoted for electric guitar when talking flat wound, round core. But these do not denote for electric guitar. any thoughts?

I would assume they are meant for an electric 12 string, given the nickel construction.

ive used the round core DR sunbeams on my guild 6 strings. wont use anything else on those. The round core strings seem to ring on the guilds. And i have used pearse nickle wound on my 12 strings, great sounds. So was just curious as to a flat wound ,round core ,nickle wrapped string, on an acoustic.

acoustic 12 string. i own 3 guild 12 strings. ive found the pyramid gold acoustic ,round core flat wound in pb for 12 strings..i love the round core strings on my guild 6 strings.
