Probably a long shot but does anyone have a D40 Traditional with the serial number C220114? If so, I have the COA. It was in the case of my D20, purchased used from Guitar Center.

Strange things can happen. We were talking 70 Guild serial numbers and someone here had the number consecutive to mine. There have been stories of guitars sold one place, the seller moved across the country, and they ended up buying it back on craigslist locally. Once in a while the stars align.

GC currently has two for sale, maybe it is for one of them? Both are in GA, which store did you get yours from?
